The Waterproof Running Hydro Pack takes a bladder plus food and a spare layer under 20 litres, with a separate zipped compartment on the front panel for the things you want at hand. The air-cushion straps spread weight across the shoulders, and the waist belt with its sternum buckle stops the pack shifting when you go hands-on over rock. That tight Oxford weave shrugs off the scrapes that come with scrambling in the Lakes, and the reflective strip along the base helps on the walk out.
