  Insulated trekking mat: a small piece of kit that earns its place outdoors

  Outdoors, kneeling or sitting on wet or frozen ground is a bad idea. The damp goes straight through your clothing. Our insulated trekking mat is made from eco-friendly IXPE (irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foam) with an aluminium foil face, which gives you thermal insulation and a barrier against the ground. Unfolded (38x31.5x1cm) it takes one person sitting down, and folded (6.5x6.5x31.5cm) it gets out of the way. At 50g you will not feel it, however long the day gets.
