  Width your shoulders can use

  Width is what decides whether your shoulders ache, so here it is: 140 cm across. Lie diagonally instead of straight down the middle and the fabric opens flat underneath you, which takes out the shoulder squeeze and the ridge that runs along your spine. The 290 cm length is what gives you the room to angle yourself in the first place.
