  Be honest about the number before you buy. A pack this size takes a week of bulky kit, and it also takes plenty you will regret by the second hour of walking. Filled to the brim it passes a sensible carrying weight for most people. Treat the volume as headroom for light, bulky items, not as a target.

  Loading it so it lasts
