  Fabric build, flex and toe reinforcement

  Canvas throughout keeps the weight low and lets heat escape, and the adjustable shaft covers a wider slice of the year than a fixed height would. The front is stiffened with thick material, so a kicked root or a dropped load meets something solid. Rain is the limit: fabric absorbs it rather than shedding it.
