The Men's Tactical Boots take a mid-height cut, so you get ankle support without a full combat shaft digging in every time you crouch or drive. The cotton lining and cotton insole take up sweat across the day and the perforated toe panel lets some of it back out, which is what keeps these wearable well past the summer. Underneath, the sole is cut in deep square lugs with a stepped heel that holds on a wet bank instead of skating down it. It is worth allowing for a thicker winter sock when you pick your size, and the leather gives a little once it has been worn in.
