    Eight-inch field boots built to keep the weather out

    Hard surfaces punish feet, and the PHYLON midsole is aimed straight at that: a security round on concrete, a twelve hour warehouse shift, a full day walking a site. Off tarmac the tread digs into wet grass and loose gravel, so airsoft games and winter walks stay steady. The tall shaft covers the ankle where brambles, ruts and kerbs do their damage.

    Sealing, cushioning and upkeep

    Sealed seams and a water-resistant upper are what hold rain out, so protection depends on keeping the seams intact and the surface clean. The EVA cushioning compresses over time, faster on tarmac than on soil, and an aftermarket insole restores the bounce cheaply.
