  The closure and its limit

  Roll the top three or four times, buckle it, and that strap becomes the handle you carry it by. The Oxford is coated rather than welded, and no water rating is published, so rain, spray and a brief wade are its ground and immersion is not. Keep it four fifths full so the roll has fabric to work with.
