How this one inflates

Inflation runs through a built-in foot pump, so there is no compressor to carry and no lungs involved. You stand on it and the mattress fills. The trade-off of any thick air bed is that it can be punctured, so sweep stones and twigs off the pitch, and lay a thin foam mat underneath on rough ground.
