  Warm for the weight, honest about the wet

  The quilting traps a layer of warm air, so 760 g still holds real heat rather than just looking the part. The nylon shell copes with damp and dries quickly, but this is an insulating quilt, not a waterproof cover: standing rain will get through. Pair it with a tent, tarp or bivvy on a wet night and it does its work underneath. No waterproof rating is claimed here.
