    • 20 litres, closed by a roll-top and a side-release buckle
    • Heavy-duty PVC body in a bright finish that is easy to spot
    • Roll the top down at least three times before you clip it
    • Seams are sewn rather than welded, so the stitching stays a route for water
    • Shoulder straps let you carry it as a pack on a trek
    • Dispatched after 3 to 5 business days of processing, delivered within 10 to 20 business days

    The closure does the work

A roll-top holds water back only if you press the air out, fold the opening down three times or more and clip both ends together. One or two folds leave a channel straight in. Done properly it deals with rain, spray and a swamped boot floor, and the stitching is why sustained soaking is another matter.

    Twenty litres on a trek

That is a dry change of clothes, a fleece, a towel and lunch, or a sleeping bag on its own. Electronics are the exception. A phone or a camera belongs in a sealed case inside the bag, because no sack built like this should be relied on alone for anything with a battery.
