Those extreme numbers are survival limits, not sleeping temperatures, and category ratings tend to run optimistic, so choose your fill weight around the comfort figure and add a liner for the cold end. Duck down carries the warmth, so keep it dry: the water-resistant shell sheds dew, but untreated down loses loft once wet.
